Do you have a nationwide presence?
Yes, we have thousands of participating restaurants nationwide. In addition to partnering with restaurants, we have premium online partners, including Mrs. Fields, LobsterGram, SpaKist and deLa Flowers.

3. Does Restaurant.com partner with restaurant chains?
Restaurant.com has a few regional chains included in the network, but mostly we partner with independent restaurants.

4. How often do you add restaurants?
New restaurants are agreeing to partner with Restaurant.com on a regular basis.

5. What is the typical set-up time for a program?
Every client has different requirements for their program. Therefore, timing can vary based on their needs. Some Restaurant.com programs can be set up in as little as one day.

6. Is there a minimum order?
For Gift Cards, the minimum order is 50. For customized Gift Cards, the minimum order is 1,000. For Gift Certificates, standard or customized, the minimum order is 50.
7. What customization options do you offer?
Restaurant.com Gift Certificates and Cards can be customized with a company logo as well as any desired marketing message. Co-branded redemption sites are also available. For more information on these custom options, please call 877.833.2352.
8. Who handles customer service issues and questions?
Restaurant.com has a fully staffed Customer Service department trained to answer any questions from clients or gift certificate recipients.
9. Do Restaurant.com Gift Certificates expire?
Restaurant.com Gift Certificates do not expire. However, restaurant-specific gift certificates expire one year after they are “purchased.”
10. What are the main parameters of use on Restaurant.com certificates?
Every restaurant-specific gift certificate contains a series of standard terms and conditions. The most important parameters of use are:
• Valid for parties of two or more
• Limit of ONE certificate per table
• Cannot be combined with other offers/promotions
• $35 minimum purchase
Some restaurants might have additional terms and conditions, which will be stated on their microsite as well as printed on the restaurant-specific gift certificate.
